These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the warehouse management and order fulfillment portal operated by Nexus Fulfillment Group ("we", "us", or "our"), accessible at secure-checkout.costwarehouse.shop ("the Portal"). By accessing the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nexus Fulfillment Group is a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse and distribution provider. We operate fulfillment centers that receive, store, pick, pack, and ship inventory on behalf of our client brands. We do not manufacture, own, or sell the products we handle — we provide warehousing, inventory management, and outbound shipping services under contract with our clients.
This Portal provides our clients and their authorized personnel with real-time visibility into inventory levels, order status, shipment tracking, and warehouse operations. Access is restricted to authenticated users with active client accounts. All data displayed through the Portal is derived from our warehouse management system (WMS) and is provided for operational reference only.
Each client account is issued unique login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Unauthorized access, credential sharing, or attempts to extract bulk data from the Portal are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
While we strive for accuracy in all inventory counts, order statuses, and shipping data displayed on the Portal, real-time warehouse operations may cause brief delays between physical activity and system updates. Nexus Fulfillment Group does not guarantee that Portal data is error-free or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Fulfillment Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Portal or reliance on its data. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by your client for warehouse services during the preceding twelve months.
All software, interfaces, reports, and data visualizations within the Portal are the intellectual property of Nexus Fulfillment Group. Client product data, SKUs, and inventory records remain the property of the respective client brand.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our primary fulfillment center is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active client accounts via email or portal notification. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
