Nexus Fulfillment Group ("we", "us", or "our") operates a network of third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse and distribution centers. Our warehouse management portal, accessible at secure-checkout.costwarehouse.shop, provides clients with real-time visibility into inventory, orders, and shipments.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account Credentials: Username and password for portal access, managed through our authentication system.
• Operational Data: Inventory counts, SKU details, order references, shipping labels, and tracking numbers — all provided by our client brands as part of the warehousing relationship.
• Access Logs: IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and session timestamps — collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure for security monitoring and audit purposes.
• Cookies: Standard session and analytics cookies to maintain login state and monitor portal performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

Operational data is used exclusively for warehouse management functions: receiving inventory, fulfilling outbound orders, generating shipping labels, and providing clients with accurate stock and order visibility. Access logs are used for security monitoring, incident investigation, and capacity planning. We do not sell, share, or use client data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to fulfillment operations.

4. Data Retention

Warehouse records (inventory transactions, order histories, shipping manifests) are retained for the duration of the client relationship plus the period required by applicable commercial and tax regulations. Access logs are retained for 90 days. Upon termination of a client agreement, data is archived or securely deleted per the terms of the service contract.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in our operations:

• Cloud Hosting: Our portal and warehouse management systems are hosted on a cloud infrastructure provider.
• Shipping Carriers: Tracking data is exchanged with major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) for label generation and delivery confirmation.
• Analytics: Standard web analytics cookies may be set for operational monitoring. These do not track individual users across external websites.

6. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect portal access and warehouse data, including TLS encryption for all connections, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Warehouse floor systems operate on isolated networks separate from client-facing portals.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at Support. Note that operational warehouse data (inventory records, order histories) is subject to commercial retention requirements and may not be eligible for deletion during an active client relationship.
